From Sicily with Love

Back in 2018, Nicklas was hunting the streets of Copenhagen every morning for the perfect cup of coffee—spending way too much time and money on the chase. Then, a trip to Sicily changed everything. Savouring a flawless espresso, inspiration struck: bring back the classic 1970s E.S.E. pod machine system. One year later, we redesigned the Italian machines with a modern look, imported authentic Sicilian coffee pods, and launched Northcoffee.dk. What started as a hunt for a better morning brew has evolved into our own roastery in Denmark, festival setups, private events, and a vibrant café.
